Purpose: to manage the intervention service specialising in digital gender-based violence (DMV), from an intersectional and gender perspective.
Other recipients to whom the data is communicated: the data is transferred to other public administrations, in accordance with their competences, to manage the intervention service specialising in digital gender-based violence (DMV), and to bodies of the public administrations in fulfillment of the functions entrusted to them in the field of gender-based violence, to the Administration of Justice, to professionals in the social resources network, and public services related to gender-based violence, according to Law 5/2008 of 24 April, on the Right of Women to Eradicate Gender-Based Violence.
Exercise of rights: you may exercise your right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to and restrict its processing, by submitting a written request to the data controller (addressed to the General Directorate for the Eradication of Gender-Based Violence, Carrer del Foc, 57, 08038 Barcelona) or by submitting a generic electronic request via the Gencat Procedures website (the submission of an electronic request requires an electronic certificate or the alternative identification system, idCAT Mobile). You must indicate on the application which rights you wish to exercise.
