Data controller: the General Directorate for the Eradication of Gender-Based Violence.
Purpose: to manage the intervention service specialising in digital gender-based violence (DMV) from an intersectional and gender perspective.
Rights of the affected parties: you can exercise your right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to and restrict its processing, by submitting a written request to the data controller (addressed to the Directorate General for the Eradication of Gender-Based Violence, Carrer del Foc, 57, 08038 Barcelona), or by submitting a generic electronic request via de Gencat Procedures website. You can also submit a claim with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
